Data Requests

Updated June 19, 2026

One route for access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, and privacy questions.

Submit a request

Email trentonmcnelly@gmail.com with the subject “Data request.” State the right you want to exercise, the product you used, and the email associated with it. Do not send a password, government ID, or payment-card number.

Verification

We may ask you to verify control of the account email or sign in. An authorized agent must show authority and we may still verify directly with the person. Verification information is used only to evaluate and fulfill the request.

Timing and scope

We aim to acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within the period required by applicable law. Complex or multi-system requests may take longer with notice. Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, transactions, disputes, or legal obligations; we will explain a material denial.

Appeal and complaints

If you disagree with a response, reply with “Appeal” and why. Where applicable, you may also complain to your state attorney general, the California Privacy Protection Agency, or the data-protection authority where you live.

No discrimination

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. A feature may stop working if the information required to provide it is deleted.
