Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Ad Reviews, Mirror Reports, and other one-time work are charged once at the price shown at checkout. Processing may begin immediately after payment. Delivery timing and included revisions, if any, are described on the offer or intake surface.

A subscription renews at the interval and price disclosed before checkout until canceled. Checkout and the post-purchase acknowledgment must state the renewal terms and cancellation method. Price changes apply prospectively after legally required notice.

Sign in to your account and use Manage billing to open Stripe's portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access active through the paid period. If the control fails, email trentonmcnelly@gmail.com from the account email; inability to use the portal will not be used to delay cancellation.

Except where law requires otherwise, completed digital measurements and work already in production are final. Contact us for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, failure to deliver the purchased scope, or a material technical defect. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank timing is outside our control.

Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Failed or reversed payment may pause paid access. We will not knowingly add an undisclosed mandatory fee after presenting a total.

Nothing here removes non-waivable cancellation, refund, chargeback, or consumer rights. These rules supplement the Terms of Service.
